Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of a booked tee time to receive a full refund. If within 12 hours, credit will be applied to your account for a rescheduled session!

BigDog is located on the second floor of the new Greystone Place building: 422 Greystone Blvd., next door to the new COOP and SLS Centre. It is BRAND new. So while the building itself is still under construction for new businesses, we are OPEN. After you go upstairs, follow our signs towards our suite on the backside of the building.

We have rental clubs - (1) left, (1) right-handed set for adults, and (1) left, (1) right-handed set for juniors approximately 8-12 years old. Rentals are $10/hr, capped at $20 for multi-hour or large group events.

Absolutely! We offer 10% off for birthday bookings, and can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably. We allow pizza deliveries, balloon setup, and will happily try to accommodate special requests!

On average, you can assume 1 hour per guest. In a foursome, it will take approx. 4 hours. A pair can usually finish in 2 hours etc.

Yes, when the time expires, SimLock will appear on the screen. Scan the QR code to add additional time increments of 30 or 60 mins. If the simulator is already reserved, talk to the staff about switching bays.

Yes, absolutely. After purchasing either the 4-person or 2-person 9-hole league, we will distribute a "What Next" information package to all participants. This will specify how to book into your preferred league session, how to play with your team members, the scoring system & more. We will collect all team member names, & the fun team name your group has crafted as well.

While golf attire is not required, you are welcome to don your favourite funky polo. Comfortable, clean athletic wear is recommended, with clean rubber soled shoes.

No, we currently only offer monthly memberships on a no-commitment basis beyond the first month.

We are an all-ages facility & welcome families with children, summer camps, & youth athletes to play. All youth under 14 must be accompanied by an adult however.

Yes, you can reserve your respective portion of time via your membership. Ie. if you are playing in a group of four, where it typically takes 4 hours to play a round, 1 of the 4 hours may be booked using your membership so long as you have unused hours available.

Monthly memberships have no commitment period, & can be cancelled anytime. Note that once purchased, the cancellation will only take effect for the next billing cycle, so make sure you use the remaining days!

Yes, under Family Memberships, the account may be charged by any designated parent/child & the account owner can make payments monthly.
